Objective
to provide basic medical treatment to everyone remotely using a mobile application on smart phones and tablets.

How it works

1. In India concentration of doctors is mostly in urban area. With the help of technology doctors can serve patients anywhere in India
2. There are three major players in this mobile application based healthcare system - Doctor, Patient and Paramedics (optional)
3. Doctor will first register himself/herself in the app with their information including location and fee.They will upload Id proof, PAN card, bank details and certificates
4. A patient after registering with his/her email-id and phone number can look for a specific doctor or can float a request for an appointment from any doctor or doctors based on his/her search criteria like only MD doctors
5. Patient can also specify whether he/she requires any help from paramedics. Patient can select his/her preferred language of communication
6. When any doctor responds to patient's request for an appointment, he/she can see the patient immediately or fix up a time
7. Patient can cancel appointment any time before consultation if they wish Cancellation charge may apply
8. Paramedic personnel will also register him/her in the app and upload Id proof, personal details and certificates
9. Paramedic personnel will ride a bike and carry the basic medical equipment including glucometer, ECG machine and commonly used medicines
10. Paramedic personnel will bear the cost of all equipment and medicine
11. Each Paramedic will not cover more than 5km from his/her house
12. Paramedic personnel cannot see the details of patients who are treated
13. Doctor will connect with the patient two minutes before appointment time
14. Doctor can communicate over Skype, chat or telephone
15. Patient will keep the relevant scanned copy of test reports in the smart phone prior to the consultancy
16. Paramedic will help doctor in clinical examination
17. Doctor will write down the findings, diagnosis and prescribe medicines and test through the mobile application In India
18. A copy of the prescription will be emailed to the patient
19. Doctor will read out the prescription which will be recorded as audio file in patient's mobile to be played back if needed
20. Mobile Application will not store any of the diagnostic test reports in the system
21. All conversation between patient, doctor and paramedic will be recorded and stored in the server
22. Patient can buy prescribed medicine from local medical store of his choice through this app and medicine will be delivered at home
23. Patient can also schedule investigation in diagnostic labs of his choice and blood sample will be collected from home
24. Patient can make any medical store or lab as his favourite
25. Patient will have the option to give feedback about the treatment after within 1 month
26. Payment option will include credit card, debit card, wallet and cash on delivery if paramedic help is requested
27. There will be a paramedic hub where patients can come for clinical examination during consultancy
28. Those who are not conversant with smart phone hub can help in searching doctors and setting up the appointment
29. Doctors can set their own fees without limit. However paramedic charge would be fixed
30. Patient will get 10% discount for subsequent consultancy within a month
31. Doctor can refer any patient to a specialist
32. Doctors must agree to treat x% patient at minimal charge of ₹y
33. The x% will be determined by the number of patients treated on previous day
34. Each registered doctor must agree to see at least 5 patients in a day through this mobile app
35. We will tie up with diagnostic centers so that patients get some discount on medical tests
36. Patient will be able to select a diagnostic center and can send a request to schedule the prescribed investigations. diagnostic centre will confirm the date and time.
37. Demographic data of both doctors and paramedics will be verified via third party
38. System will keep X% of doctor's fee as administrative charge
39. We will tie up with hospitals and nursing homes both private and public to get real time update of bed availability
40. If doctor suggest hospitalization system will show names of all hospitals where beds are available within 30km
41. If a patient selects any hospital, a message will be sent to that hospital with patient details
42. Like paramedics, ambulance operators can also register with the app
43. Patient can book an ambulance like OLA
44. Ambulance charge will be fixed for every 10 Km
45. After consultation with doctor, if patient requires medicines, they can send request into the system to be picked up by pharmacy for immediate delivery

1. To get UX design done by professional designers
2. to develop front end and middle tier of the the system
